I'm not. I'm doing my facial yoga. See? Like this.
Woah.
I haven't seen an expression like that since my dog ate jalapenos.
Be careful. Mum always said that if the wind changes while you're making a silly face, it will stay like that forever.
You'd like facial yoga. It's a sitting-down workout. And it's anti-ageing without surgical intervention.
I'm not sure you'll get the chance to age if you keep looking at people like that, with your thumb in your cheek.
These contortions and stretches improve facial flexibility and tighten up your jawline by working your 40-plus facial muscles, including the orbicularis oris, the pout muscle around your mouth.

Any evidence that this is anything more than well-intentioned grimacing?
A 2018 US study found that 30 minutes a day of face yoga can 'plump up cheeks, reduce visible signs of ageing and tone the shape of the face.'
So who's into it?
The usual suspects: Jennifer Aniston, Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow. And um, Meghan Markle.
Oh, dear. We'd better not go there.
In just two minutes of watching that Oprah Interview, my own face froze into an excruciating yoga pose I shall simply call: Make It Stop.
Anyway, who's the guru, because there always is one, right?
The UK's Nicola Joss is face yoga's face. She posts DIY facial workouts for her 50,000 Instagram followers. Then there's Face Gym founder Inge Theron, creator of 'the world's first gym for the face.'
See my face right now? This position is called Uncontrollable Mirth.
Can you actually visit the face gym and teach your nose to lift kettlebells?
No. But I must admit, I like Theron's eye yoga. Look up, sideways, left, right and down. Repeat 10 times. You'll look like a swivel-eyed cartoon villain, but it really helps your WFH screen-scorched eyeballs.

Here's my big question about celebrity facial yoga: can you still do it if you've had Botox? And don't the two cancel each other out?
I'm using all 40 facial muscles pondering that one. I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere in LA, there's a place that offers both.
