The eight-show season opens at Molong Community Hall on Friday, August 9, with shows fast selling out.
Loosely based on the movie Crackerjack, the stage show was written and directed by Kevin Beatty.
“The vision I had is now becoming a reality and it’s looking good. Iit’s what I expected it to be,” he said.
Producer Paula Rudd says it promises to be a funny show, particularly with Mr Beatty’s “eclectic way of writing”.
“Think of the movie Crackerjack, throw in some Sister Act and then mix in some hillbillies and other characters. You will be rolling in the aisles laughing,” she said.
There are limited seats left for the opening night on August 9 . Tickets cost $20 and people are asked to bring their own supper.
Tickets are available to shows on August 10, 23 and 30, while shows on August 16, 17, 24 and 31 are sold out.
To book call 6366 9222 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, or 0428 645 396.
Tickets cost $40 and include a two-course meal (excluding opening night).
