St Pat’s Jeremy Gordon, Lithgow brothers Scott and Jeremy Fittler, Hawks’ Jared Brodrick and Mudgee three-quarter Brent Rae-Millar are all players deserving of a place on this list.
We just can’t fit them in.
Youth and experience, power and speed, this group boasts it all.
Picking two won’t be easy - but that’s why we have you.

THE CONTENDERS
Josh Rainbow (Cowra Magpies): five tries, 17 goals, 10 games.
Big, strong and quick; Rainbow has been a welcome addition back at the Magpies in 2013. A former member of the Emerging Blues squad, the Cowra junior has proven his class with Western and Group 10 jumpers this winter.
Dom Maley (Orange CYMS): three tries, seven games.
There’s not a man in this competition that makes rugby league look easier than Maley. Missed the first part of the season through injury but is beginning to find his feet with the green and golds at the right time of the year.
Jackson Brien (Oberon Tigers): 10 tries, 11 games.
Has come from the clouds to become one of this season’s best centres. An uncanny knack of finding space and four-pointers has helped the Tigers bolt into fifth place.
Brock McGarity (Orange Hawks): 10 tries, 44 goals, 12 games.
All class. McGarity has gone about his business with Hawks this season without some of the accolades of other centres, but his productivity is unrivalled. Leads the competition with 126 points, has kicked the most amount of goals and is fifth on the try-scorers list.
William Kennedy (Bathurst Panthers): eight tries, nine games.
The Group’s old stager. Bubba’s legend status in Group 10 circles continues to grow as the wily centre continues to blitz the talented kids coming through the ranks. Has lost some speed, but all of his smarts still remain following over 20 years experience of top grade country football.
